Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)

Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) is a Microsoft Protocol that is installed native and accessible on most Windows Devices under Start/Programs/Accessories and Remote Desktop Connection. Note: An RDP connection maintains about a 70 Kbps network connection while active and that counts against your Bandwidth limits of the Free Tier.

The options arrow in the lower left corner of the sub panel allows you to set different options. In addition to the Computer Name (your Free Cloud Desktop ec2 address or yourname.desktopanywhere.com Sub Domain can be used here).

Just input your computer name as you choose, click the options and set the display tab as shown on the second screenshot below. You can try different screen sizes but Full Screen tends to work well.
